5、开大火,倒入鸡块,翻炒

8、盖锅盖,中火焖至酥软,这边的鸡肉很容易烂,就不用压力锅了,焖好后盛起

9、锅再开火,加入姜、蒜、辣椒粉,爆香

10、倒入鸡块和蒜白,加生抽、白酒,兜均匀

11、倒入胡萝卜,兜几下,试味,如果不够咸可加少许盐
