1、Insert retainer to the cable。将GT17HS-4P-R先插入电缆中。
2、Strip Jacket剥开线缆。
3、Turn Outer shield to backward将线缆的外护层向后翻
4、Cover the cable by conductive tape用导电胶带覆盖电缆
5、Cut extra outer shield剪掉多余的屏蔽层。
6、Strip Jacket剥开每根内部导线的外部胶皮。
7、 Crimp the terminal在每根导线上压接GT8E-2428PCF端子。
8、Insert terminal to the Insulaltor插入GT17HS-4P-2C胶壳。
9、Set the insulator to the outer tube terminal将上一步做好的带胶壳的导线压接到GT17HS-4P-5CF上。
10、Crimp the outertube terminal将GT17HS-4P-5CF跟电缆压接到一起
11、Set the shield cover to the outer
12、Insert the outer tube terminal to the housing将GT17HS-4P-SC铁壳盖上。
13、Slide up the retainer to the housing将GT17HSP-4P-HU外部胶壳套入。
14、Finish.大功告成。
