2、将洗净的藕切立起切边,使藕外围呈四边形。

3、切好外围,把藕切成厚0.5cm的片;切好的藕放入水中浸泡。

4、葱切丝,蒜切末,香菜切碎。

5、锅内烧足量水,开了下藕焯2分钟左右,可以尝尝,焯好的藕脆,且无生味。

6、焯好的藕捞出放入冷水中,洗至凉。

7、取适量芝麻酱于小碗中,加凉开水至半碗,用勺研磨至呈匀浆。

8、在研磨好的芝麻酱中加入蒜、调料、醋搅匀。

9、倒出冰藕的水把葱丝、香菜末、调好的芝麻酱汁一起倒入盆中,将盆左右、上下摇动以拌匀调料汁和藕片。
